Combining her first profession in business with her later career shift to the psychology of human behavior, Dr. Erica Rivera founded RCG as a partner to clients seeking to solve complex organizational challenges.

Erica has a long track record of advising C-suite leaders, boards, and teams when the stakes are high.  With an emphasis on stakeholder engagement, she focuses on enabling business impact by expanding executive influence and building internal and external confidence in executives and their teams. Erica is respected for applying her understanding of human behavior to develop agility in organizations' human capital and accelerating business outcomes by leading through growth and change.  Erica stresses relationship management and driving business outcomes through adopting a sense of urgency and follow-through, prioritizing initiatives, and creating structure and cadence to drive accountability.

Over the years, she has consulted in companies across various industries, including consumer products, technology, media, energy, healthcare, and pharma. Clients include companies from complex global Fortune 100 companies to private equity-backed growth portfolios. She brings deep experience in executive performance and systemic human capital consulting, helping companies scale leadership capability, link talent planning and development to strategy, evaluating and drive intentional company cultures, all to ultimately accelerate business performance.

Earlier in her career, Erica held operating positions in private and public companies, including marketing and client services for an investment consulting firm and marketing and product distribution for the international division of a major entertainment company.
